Improvements to Title Bar

• Submitted a ticket for my issue if one did not already exist.
• Used Github auto-closing keywords in the commit message.
• Added/updated tests for this change (for new code or code which already has tests).
• Ran git rebase -i to squash commits (if needed).

Test Plan:

By overriding natural width of input element, it will no longer be too
large when the window is reduced in size. The input will now adjust its
dimensions relative to the dimensions of the container in which it is
positioned.
