I think this should be Fix loss of "Clickable area" on new tab page tiles. or Restore "Clickable area" on new tab page tiles. Probably can be moved down (def below clear on exit)

When excluding publishers by turning off the 'Include in Auto-Contribute' setting, the excluded publisher is reintroduced in the auto-contribute table.
