Brave finishes torrenting, but they are not downloaded

Description

I was downloading a 3GB file with WebTorrent, brave finishes Torrenting, but then it doesn't ask where to save the file or anything, the downloaded content is gone and I have to download again.

Steps to reproduce

1. open a torrent link in brave (file should be large enough to reproduce, in my case it was a 3GB file, more specifically it was this link)
2. Start torrent
3. after torrenting finishes, click download files

Actual result

Brave doesn't show anything or any stat or ask where to save the file (although it was writing things to the disk, I could tell from the system monitor)

Expected result

ask me where to put the downloaded file and put it there
