Description

Videos are disabled on Foxnews.com, due to "Ads blockers" and "Cookies". If we turn ON these two options in shield settings the videos are playing normally

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Open Foxnews.com
3. Play videos, observe that the videos are disabled

Actual result:

Videos are disabled on Foxnews.com, due to "Ads blockers" and "Cookies". If we turn ON these two options in shield settings the videos are playing normally

Expected result:

Videos should play, without changing the shield settings
