To view the slides and/or run the examples without access to Cheyenne:
Workshop on climpred
given at the National Center for Atmospheric Research on Wed. January 22nd, 2020.
- Connect to the JupyterHub served by CISL via https://jupyterhub.ucar.edu
- Log in using your username and an active project code.
- Open a terminal, navigate to scratch or your work directory and run
git clone https://github.com/bradyrx/climpred_workshop.git
. - Open an example notebook from the notebooks folder and click "Python 3" in the top corner and switch the python environment to
CMIP6 2019.10
. This will have all the necessary packages installed for the workshop.
If being done locally (not through binder or Cheyenne), run conda env update -f binder/environment.yml
after cloning this repository to your workspace. All example data can be loaded through the cloud.
