Originally opened as adobe/brackets#14753

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Brackets
Switch to a different project
Open a HTML document
Switch to a project with PHP documents
Open a PHP document

Actual Result:
Php server dies.

Expected Result:
Php server should not die.

Workaround: None
