I use bpython and, hence, curtsies in a Docker image that provides an interactive, bpython-enhanced shell prompt next to the app (pretty much like Flask does).
Upon building the Docker image, a wheel is generated for curtsies as part of the installation.
Wouldn't it be preferable if the project would already provide wheels (at least for very common Python versions and platforms) to avoid all the redundant wheel building on users' side?
I understand that this would probably require some setup work to extend the CI accordingly, but someone should know how to do that.
