swagger was updated so, the mock data and related code part is updated accordingly. reject button is added. points button is added.
Now we are not using mock data to show on the page backend connection for polls that needs jury intervention is done and tested manually.

Swagger for my-requests endpoint was updated so, the mock data and related code part is updated accordingly for the moderation page and tested. Then backend connection for polls that needs jury intervention is done and tested manually with the updated end point. Reject button is added to request cards. Points button is added to the page also.
