Milestone 1 Customer Presentation | Mobile Use Case Scenario

1. Meet Melek
   Melek lives in Istanbul, a place where earthquakes happen. She wants something to help her if there's trouble. A friend tells her about the "ResQ" app.

2. Trying Out ResQ
   Melek gets the app on her phone to see how it works and if it can help her when she needs it.
   

3. Making an Account
   Melek starts the app and sees a "Sign In" page. She doesn't have an account yet, so she picks 'Create an account' She quickly types in her email, a password, and says okay to the rules.
   

4. When Bad Things Happen
   Later on, an earthquake hits Istanbul. Many things break, and people need help. Because she has the "ResQ" app, Melek knows what to do.

5. Looking at the Map
   Melek opens the app. She is able to see several resources located in Facilitators' locations. Melek wants to ask for help too.
   

6. Asking for Help
   Melek taps on "Add Request." A new page opens. She picks 'Food' from a list and says it's very important by choosing 'High.'
   

7. Her Profile
   After asking for help, Melek looks at her profile page. She sees her name, birthday, and a list called 'My Requests.' This list shows the help she asked for.
