since it is not feasible for web to ask for photo shoot, it only allows photo upload. now responders can add photos for resources. further photo need for the annotation will be discussed within team and resulting decision will be made according to the customer meeting. |

Since there is problems with app, those are more prioritized to be solved. Thus, i have closed this PR to solve those. |

We need photos for clarification, for people who don't know reading and especially for the customer because they have requested it. So that we will be able to annotate our images and will be experienced at this topic.
