 The ResQ app allows users to annotate request, resource and action cards, as well as the explanation texts of warnings added to the map. The annotation content is text that can be edited from the application. An annotation server complaint with the Web Annotation Protocol was implemented to support the accessing, creation, editing, and deletion of Annotations.
