Meeting Notes

1. A review of the project plan will be done by Onur Enginer, Nursima Çelik, Ali Alperen Durak, Ömer Topuz, according to given feedback.
2. Oğuzhan Özboyacı and Afra Akbaş will write an executive summary for the Milestone report.
3. Afra Akbaş and Göksu Başer will prepare the list and the status of deliverables and write the evaluation of the status of deliverables.
4. The evaluation of tools and processes will be written by Yasin Kaya.
5. A summary of work done will be written by each member.
6. Burak Berk Özer will compile deliverables and the summary of the work-done table into the pdf.
