I just spend about half an hour gathering my memories and looking a bit on discord what boa is supposed to be and Formalizing it in this Document. This is by no means final and will hopefully change a lot when the rest of the Team engages with it.
Please scream at me for any spelling mistakes, I am not a native english speaker ;)
In its current State this PR is very subjective, it will have to go through a lot of review before getting merged. This is why it is only a draft PR at the Moment
