🔥 Good-bye strong encapsulation, hello Tuli

Tuli's first release has gone swimmingly, and it has reached a state I'm happy with in record time (for one of my projects, anyways.)
No major changes are expected in the near future, and it's also possible that this is the last major release of Tuli, unless its method of breaking encapsulation fails. It's time to play with fire :)
