Update expected column types from TIMESTAMPTZ to TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE.

This looks great!
I'm going to rebase from master (we should change to main, ticket for that here: https://bluelabsio.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/RM/boards/3?selectedIssue=RM-12 ) to see if that breaks anything but then you're good to merge!
