[BUG] ublock origin crashes instantly after trying to update it's adblock lists #222

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. install chromium legacy
  2. install the ublock origin addon to chromium legacy
  3. the addon instantly crashes as even the first time update is enough to crash it

Expected behavior
not crashing

While UBlock Origin is definitely somewhat crash prone, I'm able to update lists on 10.9.5 Mavericks, so this problem must be specific to more modern OSs.
