Add deploy for bs-indexers-ethereum-goerli

Motivation

Add deploy + workflow for testing (bs-indexers-ethereum-goerli).
Will be deployed from pull request when label 'bs-indexer-testing' will be added.

Rust microservice are been deployed, but backend doesn't use them. The full set of variables for integrations should be:
