Fix crash on closing windows

Makes TX results text read-only
A few minor layout fixes
Better highlighting of active block producers in multisig windows
Fixes several crashes for Linux and Mac
Should no longer have blank TX Results windows getting created
Mac Package is now signed and notarized.
