Describe the problem you are having

Can someone point me in the right direction as I've tried most things I've researched with my limited knowledge.
At some point Frigate stopped working, after trying to restart thinking it was something simple I still have not been able to get it running after a week. Portainer shows healthy but there are errors in the logs. I cannot access the Frigate UI/interface.

I've tried clearing the clips and recordings folder as well as the .db file but neither worked, same error.

Server/system: HP Proliant ML310 Gen8 V2
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1240 v3
Coral USB Accelerator
Server IP: 192.168.42.18

OpenMediaVault
Version: 6.9.16-1 (Shaitan)
Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-0.deb11.21-amd64
CPU and memory both normal

Thank you, too simple for all the troubleshooting I attempted. For some reason I had previously tried 8971:5001 instead of 8971:8971 for the secured port update. Now it looks like this with included WebRTC Home Assistant added as well.
