[Bug]: 0.14.0 Beta 3 does not respect camera specific mqtt settings

Describe the problem you are having

No matter what I set mqtt snapshot is not cropped. I can see this in my double-take instance where all incoming snapshot are full-size and have bounding box visible. As a result it takes forever (over 1 minute) for double-take to process every snapshot.

Steps to reproduce

Enable crop in camera specific mqtt settings. Check snapshot output.

Can you show what doubletake shows? If I had to guess it is using the API snapshots and not MQTT images. I've checked and the MQTT images published are indeed cropped.

What information do you need? A screenshot or logs? According to DT docs it uses MQTT snapshots https://github.com/skrashevich/double-take#integrations but apparently it doesn't work as expected.

Doubletake uses multiple sources including snapshot, MQTT image, and latest snapshot api
