This PR adds ability to turn off the auto-update. Basic changes:

  • Add ability to turn off the auto-update while building releases using the env var IS_AUTO_UPDATE_DISABLED=1 for beta releases
  • Add the ability to turn off the auto-update when starting electron build via GitHub actions manually (setting true / 1 into the popup similar to the "Release version")
