This compensation request uses a rate of 0.9 USD for one BSQ, whereas the spotprice is 2.7 USD for one BSQ. |
This proposal is using the same method to calculate the BSQ rate as for Cycle 21 and it was considered that this could happen on this cycle as some of them retrieved from asking for compensation on Cycle 21. #782 (comment) |
@RefundAgent hey remember that time you paid out an extra 2 BTC to someone and the DAO bailed you out? |
@wiz I also remember your position concerning this mistake. But I guess this time is different since there is no mistake involved. @MwithM The method is still completely wrong and to use a 30 day average as some "compromise" has no advantage at all. All investors in Bisq that I know about have sold the majority of their BSQ due to the lack of business sense in Bisq. |
This needs to be reviewed @bisq-network/team-leads |
As it would have been this amount of BSQ created if the CR would have been approved in the respective cycles I approve this request as dev team lead. |
Issuance cannot be displayed as there were errors in the comp request |
Closed as accepted. |
Since DAO cycle 20 failed and DAO cycle 21 was over the issuance limit, this is my compensation request for cycles 20, 21, and 22 combined. Since my stuff is the same for each cycle I'm using the average rate of 70 cents, 80 cents, and 121 cents = 90 cents for simple calculation.
