The goal of this milestone is the full representation of the Vioscreen data within the Microsetta database. This is broken into 6 major phases:

1. Transformation of the raw Vioscreen API data into in-memory model objects
2. Connect the in-memory model objects to methods which extract data from the Vioscreen API
3. Construct repo objects to load and retrieve these data from the database
4. Hook up retrieval mechanisms to automatically pull data from Vioscreen, and represent it in the database.
5. Connect metadata pulldown mechanisms to allow for representing the Vioscreen data in QIIME/Qiita compatible formats
6. Develop endpoints to facilitate UI pages to allow participants to explore and interact with Vioscreen data
