Improved scene selection on nanoPAD2

Launch clips and scenes with Korg's nanoPAD2 controller in Bitwig.

This release displays a message in Bitwig when the scene is changed on the nanoPAD2.

Console logging is disabled by default in the script.

use korg's nanopad2 to trigger clips or scenes in bitwig studio.

unzip the 1.0.0 zip file to bitwig's controller scripts directory. on os x this is ~/Documents/Bitwig Studio/Controller Scripts.
