Cmake support #11

This PR adds:

Modern cmake support to the project
Several cmake modules that enables different options for the project, bases on Jason Turner C++ starter project
Update the example to be also compiled with CMake

Was not possible to support the unit tests because they depends on projects that dont have cmake support

because the alternative doesnt work
