In the entities dashboard there is a loading animation when you select the 'Download business summary' and are waiting for your download to occur.

In the new dashboard there is no loading animation and so it feels like nothing is happening when the button is clicked.

Please add in a loading animation to the button like was done for the filing history documents downloads.

Example for Testing: FM1124418. Note, link to Business Summary is in the tombstone. FM1124418 has been added to BCREG0028 for client testing.

If its easier, go for the full screen loader (all the download buttons on the page have to be disabled, including ones in the filings)

@BrandonSharratt It's working, but we should probably update the loader text to 'Downloading Documents', if we can be that specific? if this loader is also being used in other scenarios we can use just 'Loading...' so that it's more general
