UI - Logon page with three logon options (for bookmarks)

To build the logon page with three options as per designs in #10231.

Details from that ticket:

As a BC Registries system user
When I access a bookmarked BC Registries page from a non-logged in state (does not include marketing pages)
Then I want the ability to log on using IDIR, BC Services Card App, or BCeID

Currently if a BC Registries page (not including marketing pages) has been bookmarked, and the user accesses that bookmark in a non-logged in state, they are taken to a screen for the BC Services Card app login.

This log in screen does not allow staff or BCeID clients to log in. We want to redirect users to a new generic log in screen first so they can choose how they will log in.

• Once user logs in from here, they should be redirected back to their original bookmarked page
• If they bookmark this generic login page, and then log in, they should get redirected to their Uber dashboard after log in.
• Build for Desktop and Mobile

PPR App pages include: @mstanton1 where else is this needed right now?

• this ticket includes handling for bookmarking any PPR app pages in addition to the dashboards (see list above)

Regarding the generic log in visual design UXA, looks great, only one tiny note -

• browser tab name for the generic login page should say "BC Registries Account Login" not "BC Business Registry"

Please tag @forgeuxGH5 and myself once the other scenerios are completed and we can do a functional UXA check.

Use Case:
Given I am logged in as a client user and I bookmark the BC Registry Dashboard then log out
When I open my browser bookmark to open my BC Registries Dashboard
Then I see my Login page, and after logging in, I see my BC Registries Dashboard

• Currently I see the BC Registries and Online Services home page when I select my bookmark - this needs to be changed to the above flow

The bookmark return to PPR for any log in type: Currently the Login page is empty;
it should display the login picture and control

Scott and I chatted about this. Somewhere, there's a requiremement for what you're saying... If you know where, please let us know. In the meantime, Scott said it's not MVP.

It shows correctly when logging in via @severinbeauvais' path but incorrectly via your path

@severinbeauvais this is a different issue to me - we talked about clients logging in from the Business marketing page and seeing the My Business Registry application page. @chdivyareddy is showing staff logging in via a bookmark (is that correct @chdivyareddy?) to the staff dashboard and then seeing the wrong dashboard which we should fix.
