@cymplecy, @jsccjj,

Beka from the Blockly team announced last week that the new Scroll-Options plugin is ready to be published on NPM. As soon as this available, we can implement it.

I think this is a very useful one for our users, when you look at their screen recording.

I might imagine that perhaps not everybody wants this behaviour, so we can add a checkbox to the config screen to enable/disable extra scrolling options?

I think this is very nice to have for users who have a lot of blocks in the workspace so that I would vote for yes!

Guys,
The initial version of the scroll-options plugin is now available on NPM.
I assume you don't want to add this to 2.0.0-beta.3 (but instead postpone it to 2.1.0)? Or not?

Yes - get 2.0.0 out before any more enhancements :)

The first issue about this plugin has already been reported. So it is also better to wait a bit, until the plugin fearures are stable...
