I'm a postdoc researcher in oncology and computational biology.

My main research project in cancer plasticity. By definition, cell plasticity is the ability of cells to change their phenotypes without genetic mutations in response to environmental cues [Ref]. In cancers, plasticity has been proposed as being an important mechanism that, along with genetic and epigenetic alterations, promotes cancer cell diversity and contributes to intra-tumor heterogeneity [ref]. This plasticity can also be involved in drug resistance.

🌱 To study cancer plasticity, I choose to develop computational biology approaches. I’m currently learning Machine Learning and system biology.
