Allow using the --composefile argument with the push command to specify the compose file

Resolves: #1142
Change-type: minor
This pull request presents a swift (though possibly not flawless) solution to a feature that users have long awaited: the ability to specify a dockercompose.yml file in the project root. This enhancement streamlines the process of selecting the desired environment, such as docker-compose.prod.yml and docker-compose.dev.yml.
When specified, the merge overlay feature is disabled.
