Added support for Terraform 0.14, in addition to Terraform 0.12. Updated Dockerfile to include Terraform 0.14. Modified browse-cluster* scripts to work with Docker. Optize checks for docker updates. Standardized and parameterized default password for everything. Improved DNS name resolution for Docker executions. Cache state JSON file to improve performance of commands that depend on it. Added detection and resolution of orphaned keys in AWS. manage-ip.sh now accepts "MYIP" as a parameter and replaces it with the local public IP. Fixed issues during parcel deployment due to EPEL repo not being available. Removed temporary SSB workarounds no longer needed. Updated CM credentials to use the standard password. Run python command with unbuffered output for a snappier log output. Added dependencies required by SSB (psycopg2 and mysql-connector-python). This commit does not contain secrets
