  • refactored v2 partner docs
  • moved v2 contents that are generally applicable to overview sections (rate providers, core pools, voting incentive marketplaces etc)
  • added v3 docs contents, mentioning new products, pool creator from @MattPereira etc.
  • upgraded product selection wizard options to reflect new products -> also points to relevant sections where applicable
  • fixed broken links
  • new boosted pool section
  • added fee model section in concepts and linked in partner docs accordingly

- refactor v2 section
- add relevant components to v3
- refactor token whitelisting that also adds vulnerability disclosure facts
- add v3 intro and sections to relevant topics
- clean up product page to include new pool types and relevant links
