All the links to balancer.fi/whitepaper.pdf are broken (including in the Medium post; see https://medium.com/balancer-protocol/bonding-surfaces-balancer-protocol-ff6d3d05d577).
I can't seem to find it anywhere in the docs. I'm not sure if this is the right way to do it, but this (attempts to) add the whitepaper directly and link to it. If it works - I guess the external url would be
docs.balancer.fi/whitepaper.pdf- we can fix it other places (such as in the source code). Will open a PR for that when this is merged and works.There is another place where I found it (https://wikibitimg.fx994.com/attach/2021/05/212595670202/WBE212595670202_1446), but I don't know how reliable that site is, and would prefer to have it "local."
