No Model Named 'diffusers'

When I did my first test with txt2img_onnx.py I got this:

(virtualenv) C:\image-gen>txt2img_onnx.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\image-gen\txt2img_onnx.py", line 6, in <module>
    from diffusers import OnnxStableDiffusionPipeline
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'diffusers'

I checked site-packages and diffusers is there. Tried pip install diffusers in virtualenv and it sees the module there just fine.

I'm still new to this so I thought I'd ask.

For anyone who's smoothbrained like me, you need to run the python thing with python.
