Cloud Based Training

The bad news is, training an experiential model takes time. The good news is, training can happen asynchronously to the actual use of an experiential model. I plan to implement a web server model that can have its tasks interrupted, can work with other servers, etc. This should be able to run locally and/or on actual servers.
