Switch to kidfearless/Auto-Exec-Config-Class (also known as convar_class) #30

In short, kidfearless/Auto-Exec-Config-Class is pretty similar to AutoExecConfig (currently used), except it automatically updates each cvar's description and default value.

A must have, since this way we won't have to delete and back up the cvars config file, but we can just modify it easily.

- Removed my old username from the author infos of the plugin
- Added cvars for HTTP Requests parameters which were introduced in 1.5.0 Beta 5. They are no longer hard-coded into the plugin and can be modified through no_dupe_account_advanced.cfg, a new config file for advanced cvars.

Added in the 1.5.0 stable release.
