Describe the bug
In the Dodgeball Last Request, the anticheat can inaccurately call out a player who hit their target with a flashbang IF the flashbang hits their enemy after some delay. This is due to the fact that after throwing a flashbang, the active weapon stays the flashbang until some time is passed.
The code only checks for the active weapon, which isn't right, and must be fixed.
