explain classes parameters for kubernetes::client

Currently, the kubectl and kubelet binaries can only be installed from packages.

Packages are managed from the following classes: kubernetes::client, kubernetes::node and kubernetes::master.

Since kubernetes::client is used in kubernetes::node and kubernetes::master, you need to declare it before
kubernetes::node/kubernetes::master if you want to manage any parameters:
