Closes #3546 PHPUnit tests cannot be run locally using lando

Description

Updates file paths for PHPUnit testing in .lando.yml to resolve fatal errors when running PHPUnit testing locally with the lando phpunit and lando phpunit-fastest commands.

How to test

1. Clone a local copy of Quickstart
2. Run lando start
3. Run lando phpunit or lando phpunit-fastest
4. Confirm that the command does not result in fatal errors and the tests begin to run. (These tests can take a long time, so once you confirm that they have started successfully, you may want to cancel out of them with Ctrl+C.)

Note: lando phpunit will still result in Deprecated: mb_strtolower() warnings, as noted in Quickstart issue #2403.
