#2084: Uninstall the deprecated media_library_theme_reset module.

Description

This adds a DB update to uninstall the now deprecated media_library_theme_reset module (if installed).

Unfortunately this won't remove the status report error regarding the unsupported module. That won't be removed until we fully remove the module from Quickstart but we should wait until at least our next minor release to do that.

FWIW the module is not installed by default in Quickstart and provides a Layout Builder specific enhancement that most Quickstart sites probably don't really need.
