Change Image Location on News Items to Left Side

Motivation

We need some help getting the homepage newsfeed displayed as desired. for example: The thumbnail images to appear on the left side as seen in mockup and general spacing. We'd like to resemeble the mockups as closely as possible. Please Advise. What can you do here?

Quickstart is not capable of replicating the mockups exactly.

Change all AZ News items so images appear on the left instead of the right side in non-default view displays.

Timeline: Urgent need - update existing content
Would prefer to have customization on arizona.edu before Quickstart feature is released
Want to change Quickstart for everyone

Steps to proceed:

1. Change on Quickstart
2. Get multidev of arizona.edu with changes approved
3. Merge Quickstart PR
4. Contribute same changes to arizona.edu
5. Once new minor release is available, revert arizona.edu to standard functionality
