BUG: With the card and Hover over them

When we hover on these "cards" the div below it moves with the hovering of the "cards"

Steps to Reproduce

Need to fix the position of the Div below the "cards" so that it creates a better user experience

Expected Behavior

The div need to be fixed

@ayush-that to my every attempt for the pr in this i m receiving this in my terminal

I actually have no clue about it kindly require your help
