This change updates go min version to 1.23 which is now required for github.com/containernetworking/[email protected] dependency. This change also updates golangci-lint ran in CI to v1.62.2 required for Go version update. Signed-off-by: Austin Vazquez <[email protected]>

Prefer to keep the min version changes in a separate PR and not combine with dependabot PR updates. Any reason why you decided to merge in a single PR?

A newer version of github.com/containernetworking/plugins exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
