…uto scaling workshop. Added 2 images. Moved the final steps encouraging the user to turn predictive scaling back on to the end of the new instance refresh section, adding a step to revert a change made to the target tracking for scale-in during the IR steps.

Created instance refresh and rollback section for the Efficient ec2 auto scaling workshop. Added 2 images. Moved the final steps encouraging the user to turn predictive scaling back on to the end of the new instance refresh section, adding a step to revert a change made to the target tracking for scale-in during the IR steps.
