Given:

the bootstrapping for Eksctl need to be adjusted (not working at the moment)
And the fact that CA does consider all the instances within a pool with the same labels

It makes sense to remove the section that covers Mixed instance Groups with OnDemand and Spot in a single nodegroup from the workshop
