chore(middleware-flexible-checksums): use RequestChecksumCalculation and ResponseChecksumValidation without interceptor middleware

Internal JS-5396

Description

Uses values in RequestChecksumCalculation and ResponseChecksumValidation to decide flexible checksums algorithm.
Also deprecates MD5, and sets CRC32 as default.
