feat(codebuild): add support for new codebuild images #20992

Fixes #20960.

Adds support for the new CodeBuild images Linux Standard 6.0 and Amazon Linux 4.0.

Adding new Unconventional Dependencies:

  • This PR adds new unconventional dependencies following the process described here

New Features

  • Have you added the new feature to an integration test?
    • Did you use yarn integ to deploy the infrastructure and generate the snapshot (i.e. yarn integ without --dry-run)?

@kaizencc Does this PR really need a change in the README file? (the pr linter complains about it)
