Track second-order effects of resource replacements through references. If a resource gets replaced and it's referenced by some other resource in an immutable field, that field gets replaced as well, and so on. ALSO IN THIS COMMIT - Configure lerna to not update package-lock.json on every bootstrap. Fixes #1001

EKS cluster can be destroyed and recreated and is not identified in the
cdk diff
output.environment
Reproduction:
Pull master and checkout the tag linked, then deploy the
EksCluster
stack: https://github.com/moofish32/cdk-eks-example/tree/cdk-diff-errorAfter deploy checkout this branch: https://github.com/moofish32/cdk-eks-example/tree/subent-change
Then run
I see the following:
However when deployed you can verify the EKS cluster is destroyed and recreated. Based on CFN I think this makes sense because subnet IDs are not updatable.
