What type of PR is this?
documentation

Which issue does this PR fix:
This PR removes the dependency on third-party content providers for static files and replaces it with a domain hosted completely on AWS infrastructure, enhancing overall security. Through AWS Amplify, this content will now be served to the AWS CDN with Cloudfront.

What does this PR do / Why do we need it:
This change is necessary to comply with internal AWS security requirements.
