Update auto-generated .md files Add test and tool directories (aws#1) Adding test and tools directories, with CMock submodule. Description of changes: A) Porting a copy of the release workflow found in all spoke repositories, and B) reverting previous revision to LICENSE file, following further discussion on its standardization.
